Welcome to Wins Tech Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you (“client”, “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services, Projects & Payments

1.1 Scope of Services. We provide website design and development, website revamps, custom systems, automation, and related digital services. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon before work begins.

1.2 Project Timeline. Typical projects take 1–2 weeks, depending on project complexity, content readiness, and feedback turnaround. Delays caused by late client responses may extend the timeline.

1.3 Pricing & Payments. Pricing is based on project scope and complexity. A quotation will be provided and must be approved before work begins. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

1.4 Revisions & Changes. Revisions are limited to the agreed scope. Any additional changes or new features requested outside the original scope may incur extra charges and timeline adjustments.

1.5 Client Responsibilities. Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, materials, and timely feedback. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions.

2. Ownership, Support & Liability

2.1 Project Completion & Ownership. Upon full payment, the completed website will be handed over and ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

2.2 Support & Maintenance. We provide 1 month of complimentary support after project completion. Ongoing support is available through optional support plans, subject to additional fees.

2.3 Third-Party Services. We may use third-party tools or services (e.g. hosting, plugins, APIs). We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party providers.

2.4 Limitation of Liability. We are not liable for business losses, data loss, downtime, or issues caused after project handover. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project.

2.5 Termination & Changes. Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
